Este curso combina a instrução de sala de aula com exercícios de laboratório para orientar os alunos através das funcionalidades de gerenciamento de eventos e modelagem do BMC TrueSight Operations Management 10.x. No final deste curso, os alunos desenvolverão habilidades em configuração celular, atividades relacionadas à Base de Conhecimento (KB – Knowledge Base), aplicativos de regras e políticas de eventos, e tipos e uso de adaptadores de eventos. Este curso também ajudará os alunos a desenvolver habilidades em serviços de monitoramento, criar modelos de serviços e integrar o TSOM com o BMC Remedy Service Desk.
