Fundamentos ITIL Versão 3

Objetivos

The ITIL® Foundation training will provide an overview of the processes contained in the ITIL® framework with its latest version, demonstrating the objectives, activities, roles and responsibilities of each process and life cycles. During the training will be explored and demonstrated practical use cases of the processes and sample exams to increase the effectiveness of student learning, ensuring better preparation for the ITIL® Foundation Exam.

All content of the training is in accordance with the requirements determined by the largest international certification bodies.
