Implementing Cisco IP Telephony and Video (CIPTV1) prepara o aluno para implementar soluções de Cisco Collaboration em um ambiente de site único. O curso foca primeiramente em Cisco Unified Communications Manager version 10.X, que é o componente de roteamento de chamadas e de sinalização para a solução de Cisco Collaboration. O aluno poderá executar tarefas pós-instalação, configurar Cisco Unified Communications Manager, implementar Media Gateway Control Protocol (MGCP) e gateways H.323, troncos SIP e criar dial plan para chamadas on-net e off-net de voz e vídeo. Também poderá implementar recursos de mídia, conferência de voz e vídeo e descrever Qualidade de Serviço (QoS).

Engenheiros, projetistas e analistas que trabalham com Telefonia IP e vídeo.

Administradores de rede ou responsáveis pela implementação, configuração e manutenção do Cisco Unified Communications Manager.

Profissionais que pretendem obter a certificação CCNP® Collaboration.

 

Pré-requisitos

Conhecimento e termos e conceitos fundamentais de redes de computadores, inclusive LAN, WAN, switching e routing.

Habilidade em configurar e operar roteadores e switches e habilitar VLANs e DHCP.

Básico de interfaces digitais, PSTN, e VoIP.

Conhecimento fundamental em convergência de dados e voz.
