Este curso ensina os alunos a implementar soluções de Comunicações Unificadas. Serão abordadas a administração de usuários, configuração de facilidades de telefonia e mobilidade e a manutenção de soluções de Comunicações Unificadas.

 

Depois de concluído o aluno será apto a:

  • Descrever os componentes de uma solução de Comunicações Unificadas e identificar os fluxos de voz e sinalização.
  • Dar uma visão de administrador das opções de usuários no Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express, Cisco Unity Connection, IM e Presence Service. Entender os fluxos de chamadas no Cisco Unified Communications Manager e Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express.
  • Desempenhar tarefas de administração de endpoints e usuários no Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express
  • Descrever facilidades de telefonia suportadas no Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express.
  • Administrar usuários no Cisco Unity Connection, IM e Presence Service, e ativar as facilidades mais usadas nestas aplicações.
  • Descrever como manter uma solução de Comunicações Unificadas Cisco.
